Very quiet rooms, overlooking a park. Integrated in nature in the very centre of Zagreb.

Although it's in walking dinstance from Ilica ulitsa, it's a downslope when you want to reach the centre, but when coming back to the hotel, you need to be fit...

Very attentive service from all staff- very comfortable accommodation. Window and verandah looking out to greenery very welcome in a city centre.

In summary, we highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, service, and amenities provided were all excellent, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was very peaceful and relaxing, and although it was not very central, it was close enough to the city center to easily walk downtown.

My number left in a garden it is remarkable. Very affable personnel. A good site - I did not use the car.

The hotel is located on a very steep hill, which can be a bit challenging to walk down but it's not too far to the center of the old city. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to Ban Jelacic Trg, the central square. the rooms are decently sized with comfortable beds and some even have a terrace with garden views. the staff were exceptional, going out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and providing excellent service. the breakfast included a variety of cold meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries, and cereals.

Some guests complained about the outdated facilities and uneven floors in the hotel.

Appealing design both of common areas and the rooms. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, giving the impression of countryside location, although being fairly centrally located in Zagreb. Excellent breakfast.

No parking, except public parking on the street.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel President for three nights in May this year and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The Hotel President was in a very good position with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good. If we returned to Budapest, would stay at Hotel President again.

I recently stayed at Hotel President in Zagreb for a few nights during my business trip. This charming boutique hotel stood out among others with its unique features. The small size of the hotel gave it a cozy atmosphere, and I loved having access to the sunny garden. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even customizing my breakfast to my liking. I hope to have the opportunity to return to this exceptional hotel in the future.

The staff were excellent. Nothing was a problem for them and they made you feel very welcome. After a tiring train trip the lady that greeted us at the hotel made us relax with a tea before showing us to our rooms.

The location was perfect! Green and residential part of the city center! Wonderful staff, amazing breakfasts and restaurant! Hotel also has quiet garden with terrace, which you can access from all the rooms and have a drink there! I got welcome champagne and french cosmetics! I would recommend this place to everyone, you definitely should not miss it!

honestly no reason to complain. charming staff, wonderful hotel with a unique location. location really close to the main shopping area, beautiful sights and the local cafes. also, to the sunny garden. very very good breakfast with varieties of options to choose from, prepared specially and a great espresso coffee and fantastic customer service.
